Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch / Delivered Orders

No cancellation or refund is possible once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost, provided all conditions below are met:

Unboxing Video:

You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

The video must show the shipping label, full unboxing process, and the damage/defect clearly.

Email the video and your order details to support@toyzvault.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Verification:

Our team will review the video. If the claim is approved, a replacement will be shipped to you.

No refunds will be issued; only a replacement will be provided.

Claims without an unboxing video or submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
